The Only Dancing Economist In The World

Economist. Dancer. Methodology creator. The woman who stopped choosing.

THE ORIGIN STORY

I spent thirty years living split.

Hungarian economist. Professional dancer since age six. Ten years building events and communities across Southeast Asia. This is where Kinenomics and Movement-Based Intelligence comes from.

The Dancing Economist book cover Dare to Dance Your Way

"I am not a coach. I am a methodology creator.

Simply said: your Accountability Partner

who gives you back the control over your progress.

There is a difference."

THE ORIGIN

I spent thirty years
living split.

I was born in Hungary. I started dancing at age six. By the time I was a teenager, I was competing seriously in Ballroom and Latin - the discipline, the technique, the hours. Dance was not a hobby. It was a whole language.

Then I became an economist. Diploma in Foreign Trade, Bank Management, and Stock Exchange. The professional world had its own language too - measured, structured, analytical. I learned to speak it fluently.

For thirty years, I kept those two worlds completely separate. The economist in the meeting room. The dancer in the studio. Never together. Never whole.

"9,000 kilometres from home, building a business in Southeast Asia -hiding the part of me that knew how to read a room with my body, not my CV."

I arrived in Kuala Lumpur in 2016. Built the Global Empowerment Summit from nothing — 600+ speakers across five years, events in Singapore, Malaysia, and beyond. Spanish Trade Commission contracts. Female Founders Southeast Asia. International schools. All while the dancer stayed hidden.

The day I stopped choosing was not dramatic. It was quiet. It was the realisation that the split was costing me more than the integration ever could.

That became the methodology. That became The Dancing Economist. That became the book.

THE ORIGIN

Two worlds, I kept completely separate

The economist in the meeting rooms. The dancer in the studio. Never together.

For 25 years, that was the norm.

From

Economist ↔ Dancer

Analysis and intuition. Data and embodiment. The two things that normally the professional world keeps apart. I  live it as one. This is the origin of my method the Movement Based Intelligence.

From

European ↔ Asian

Hungarian directness. Southeast Asian harmony. 10 years building across KL, Singapore, South East Asia, Seoul, Budapest. Cultural fluency is my lived competitive advantage.

From

Performance ↔ Presence

Competitive dance taught me performance and how to behave like an extrovert. Integration taught me presence and grounded confidence. The difference between leading from force and leading from wholeness. This is also what MBI delivers.

From

Profession ↔ Passion

The split that costs the most. The one most people accept as permanent. I reinvented the word Propassion  when I realised the answer didn't have to be either or.

From

Individual ↔ Community

Personal integration is the foundation. But the GEH, the DTDYW community, and 365 Stories exist because integration multiplies when it's shared. This is the compassion chapter.

From

Individual ↔ Community

Personal integration is the foundation. But the GEH Community, the DTDYW blueprint, and the 365 Stories Project exist because integration accelerates impact when what you create is shared. You can read more about this in the compassion chapter of my upcoming book.

From

Theory ↔ Embodiment

Most methodologies live in the mind. MBI lives in the body. Movement-Based Intelligence is the framework I've built over a decade, the tool behind every service, every event, every chapter of the book. You can't think your way to integration. You have to move your way there. This is what makes my method irreplaceable and the baseline for the Economics of Movement called Kinenomics.

THE METHODOLOGY

Movement
Based
Intelligence

MBI is the framework Andrea has been building for a decade. It is the primary tool used in every service, event, project, every community session, and every chapter of the book.

The premise is simple : Every decision you avoid, every identity you suppress, every split you maintain - the mind & the body carries the cost. MBI makes that cost visible. And it makes integration possible. So that you get the silence to make a better choice.

This is the Base of The Economics of Movement, aka Kinenomics

1. The body as scanner

Movement reveals what conversation conceals. In a corporate setting, how a team moves together tells you more about their culture than any survey.

2. Embodied learning

You cannot think your way to integration. Transformation requires felt experience, not just conceptual understanding. The body changes first.

3. Presence over performance

The goal of MBI is not better performance. It is genuine presence. A leader who is whole is more effective than a leader who is polished.

4. The irreplaceable intelligence

In an age of AI and automation, embodied human  Movement Based Intelligence is the last moat. MBI develops the one thing machines cannot replicate yet: The Forward and Up Growth Cycle.
